*Consideration for a Refund request for the registration, purchase and/or use of the ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com website, services and course, is subject, but not limited, to the following guidelines: 1). The refund request MUST be submitted in writing to Support@ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com within the first 7 calendar days from the original date of purchase. 2). All Refund requests MUST include the Registered Student’s Name and Purchase Order Number. 3). All Refund requests for the use of this website, service and course are limited, non-transferable and subject to approval by ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com. 4). If a refund request is deemed eligible by ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com (Platform71, LLC), the purchaser agrees to a processing period of no less than 72 hours (3 business days, not including Holidays). The 72 hour processing period does NOT include weekends, holidays and/or the time that the purchaser’s financial institution requires to make the refund (monies) available in the purchaser’s account.
*Denial of a Refund Request is subject, but not limited, to the following guidelines: All Refund requests for the use of this website, service and course are limited, non-transferable, subject to approval by ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com and are denied in the following cases: 1). The refund request is not submitted in writing within 14 days from the original date of purchase; or 2). A DE964 Certificate of Completion has already been processed and issued to the registered student by ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com; or 3). A student/user has completed any portion the “course” that results in issuance of a DE964 Certificate of Completion; or 4). In cases of Non-Compliance or Failure to meet TDLR and/or DPS Student and/or Instructor requirements; Equipment, System or Network Failure; Non-Completion, Misuse or Failure of this website, course, service; or any circumstance, outside of the control of ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com, that prohibits the user to access and/or complete course requirements within the time allotted and described in our Terms and Conditions of Service.
*Non-Transferable: Once a refund request is deemed eligible, processed and issued by ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com (Platform71, LLC); access to the “Refunded” account is immediately deactivated and closed. Any completed course work in the student’s account is non-transferable and immediately deleted from the ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com platform, website, student’s account and data base. ParentTaughtDrivingCourse.com is NOT responsible for storing, saving or providing access to a student account, once an account is deactivated and closed once a refund is processed or if the student/user fails to successfully complete the course requirements or fails to meet any of the rules or guidelines specified by the State of Texas regarding a driver education course.
