, who need one (1) of the following services;

Request t
emporary access to an expired account to
VERIFY completion of the state-mandated
driving
requirements (14 & 30 Hour Driving Logs) and to Request the final DE964 (License ONLY) Certificate of Completion;
or
2).
Request a digital
COPY
of the DE964 Certificate of Completion;
or
3).
Request a “
Transfer
” to a Commercial Driving School;
or
4).
Request a
Change, Edit or Update
to a currently active account or to a DE964 Certificate of Completion
We strongly recommend confirming that your student is / was enrolled in our course,
before paying the $25 service fee

Once you complete the Service Request Form and pay the service request fee, you will receive an email-receipt with instructions on how to submit your request.
