Please Note: There are NO Refunds for inadvertent or accidental service request orders. We strongly recommend confirming that your student is/was enrolled in our course (PT121 or C3519), before paying the $25 service fee. Once you complete the Service Request Form and pay the service request fee, you will receive an email-receipt with instructions on how to submit your specific request. We cannot process your request until we receive the Student’s Full NameDOB, and the Original Account Username, as well as your specific service request. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for us to process your request. Our Help Desk is Available Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST. Our Help Desk is Offline and Closed on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. Orders received on Fridays (after 4pm CST), Weekends or Holidays, will be processed the next business day.
