8. Children’s privacy (COPPA & state laws)
Our courses are designed for minors aged 14–17 but must be purchased and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have collected such information improperly, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards: HTTPS/TLS encryption, least-privilege access controls, periodic penetration testing, and encrypted backups. Despite these measures, no online service is 100 % secure; please protect your account credentials.

We keep personal information:
